Suzannah comes from a dance background and trained as a professional dancer at Central School of Ballet. She graduated in 1997, and went on to dance professionally in both the UK and Denmark. Suzannah found pilates and started practising it regularly to help her to maintain strength, flexibility and posture, and she also used it as part of a rehab program.
In 2005, Suzannah qualified in both Massage and Reflexology and successfully went on to treat clients in clinics, working alongside Physiotherapists and Osteopaths, and in clients homes. She treats people from all walks of life, young and old, athletes to desk workers, mama’s to be to new mama’s, helping them to relax and ease muscular aches and pains by using a variety of techniques and stretches.
As a mum to a little boy, she has a keen interest in supporting other mums through their pregnancy’s and beyond, and she has gained a fab reputation in her local area for her caring and positive attitude.
Suzannah then went on to train in the Stott’s Pilates method, and believes Pilates and Massage come hand in hand. She aims to help her clients to relieve muscular tension, aches and pains, and aid in relaxation through Massage therapy, coupled with a personilised Pilates exercise plan to help align, balance and strengthen the body, and promote relaxation and focus through breathe.
